CTSAMM has convened and hosted a two day Civil Society consultation workshop to deepen grassroots engagement.
Representatives from South Sudan’s vibrant civil society have gathered together to engage with CTSAMM, strengthen involvement and improve collaboration.

CTSAMM Partners Meeting PR On October 6th 2016

On October 6th, 2016, the CTSAMM Headquarters called a partners meeting to discuss the ongoing work of CTSAMM. Amongst the issues raised were the recent political developments and how they impact the work of CTSAMM, the challenges facing the organization and the adjustments and resources needed to continue its mission. Changes in the political landscape have left the CTSAMM Board, the custodians of the CTSAMM, with a lack of inclusive representation from all Parties.

CTSAMM members meeting on 30 June, 2016

On 30th June the CTSAMM held its 8th Members meeting in the Crown Hotel in Juba. The work and challenges of the CTSAMM were discussed and members were made aware that the CTSAMM teams have begun numerous new investigations including an investigation into the recent hostilities in Wau.

“There will be a Ceasefire and Transactional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism (CTSAMM) members meeting tomorrow 12 May, 2016. The meeting will be held at the UAP Building in Juba. Media are invited to come for the opening remarks at 10am and are also requested to return for a brief statement following the meeting at approximately 4pm.”
